Have an unforgettable night on our Thunder Bay Sailing Wine and Cheese Tour. Choose between our scenic sunset cruises and our peaceful twilight harbour cruises. Or try both! Share this truly unique experience with friends and family or a significant other. Enjoy Thunder Bay from a different and exciting vantage point. The best views of the city are from the water! Our knowledgeable and skilled captains will bring you within feet of major sights while you watch the sunset, or the city lights and stars emerge.

This cruise includes an assortment of the best cheeses, crisps, olives and some local chocolates from Cheese Encounter. This cruise also includes all necessary accessories such as goblets and utensils. Enjoy a glass of wine while we sail around the harbour, your first glass is included. After that, feel free to purchase alcoholic beverages from our cash bar onboard. (beer wine, coolers) We are licensed.  We may now serve while sailing, though we still might like to stop to set up the cheeses and get out of the waves. Partway through the cruise, we’ll bring out the perfect cheese board to pair with the wine. There is nothing more classic than wine and cheese while we set sail around the harbour.

Safety is paramount to everything we do. With over 15 years experience in the industry, we know what we’re doing, and we have thorough procedures in place to ensure your well-being.

Our boats are outfitted with safety equipment meeting or exceeding Transport Canada and Industry Standards and our captains and crew are expertly trained.

If you are participating in a Big Lake Adventure tell your crew if you have high or low blood pressure, heart conditions, epilepsy, broken or fractured bones/dislocations, fragile skin, neurological disorders, diabetes, asthma, prosthetics, panic/anxiety attacks or any recent sprains/muscular injuries.

To maintain our high standards of safety, we ask that there be a one-to-one child-adult ratio for children under 8 (can be supervised by a sibling 15 yrs or older). There is no charge for children 2 years and under but they do count towards our maximum passenger limit, so please inform us if you are bringing an infant so we can adjust our reservations accordingly.
